How do I download my purchase?
After made your payment successfully, you can download your purchased items from My purchases tab.
Go to your account dashboard >My purchases
How do I install missing fonts for downloaded template?
All of our templates included a support file as .pdf or .txt in the download. Before open or edit our items, you must have to install the used fonts. Just copy the font link from the support file and paste it on your web browser. Then download and install it on your computer. Sometimes you may see that support file named Documentation, Read me first, or Help.
What is Standard license?
Standard license includes personal and commercial use. Can be used for —
- Individual or commercial use
- 1 Commercial social media account
- Commercial YouTube channel
- Include in up to 10,000 end products for sale, Client work, Website, or app use
- Unlimited physical or digital paid ads.
What is Extended license?
Extended license is included extended commercial use. Can be used for —
- Individual or commercial use
- Multiple social media accounts
- Commercial YouTube channel
- Include in unlimited products for sale, Client work, Website or app use
- Unlimited physical or digital paid ads
- One native app, web app, or game
- Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
- As-is and form the primary value of your end product.
What is Buyout license?
Buyout license is an exclusive and full-right license. Can be used exclusively for your own company, individually, or for your client’s. That mean, you are the only owner of this item. We will remove the purchased item with a buyout license from TemplyStock. Please keep note— Some author are selling their items on different marketplaces, as a non-exclusive marketplace, we are not responsible that the item will be removed from every Online archive or website other than TemplyStock, where the author is already selling.
What is Item Support?
After you have downloaded a TemplyStock item, you are eligible to ask support for issues you might face with our item(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email. Free items are optionally eligible to get support and customers with valid paid item purchases will always have priority over our free item users.
Having item support for your purchased item means that the TemplyStock or item author will be available to you on any technical or non-technical concerns. If you feel any issues with your purchase, please contact us with the item link.
Item support for 12 months from the purchase date. During those 12 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services.
Support Language
Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible.

What's not included in item support?
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting us to see if we offer paid customization services.
How secure is my payment?
All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All payment processing is done by a third-party credit card processor (Stripe) and PayPal. All details are sent over SSL.
